And can't be at our home yet because it's the only place our daughter feels comfortable away from both of us, so she'll be there with her nanny.

Sure I'm in agreement partly. I believe that regardless if you're a guy or a unicorn, you should be treated the same way, fairly. Food, drinks at the hotel room... The couple pays. Assuming they set it up. If it's dinner at a restaurant before. I see no reason why the costs can't be split. Hotel room included. I do think that each situation is different each time and will need to be thought out and negotiated though.
Heya. Definitely appropriate to split the hotel, drinks costs.... New toys or lingerie you've purchased is debatable. I wouldn't agree to that.
But shared things like hotel and food/alcohol. Absolutely. Just bring it up prior to meeting and not as the bill arrives. We'd be more than happy to split costs.

I feel the need to respond to this for some absurd reason. So yes. I wouldn't approach ladies or couples at a club without getting some indication that they are interested. Reason being...... Some clubs have hundreds of single men. If every second man who was interested approached us its safe to say we wouldn't be going back there again. That being said, it's also safe to assume that everyone is aware of your intentions at a swinging club so you don't need to worry too much about that.
To take a step back to the original question. What are ladies rules...... What that essentially means is that ladies control the ebb and flow of the situation, nothing happens unless they are comfortable and secure in what is happening.
