Private Parties

Hey all..... 

Do private parties still happen? Is winter killing the mood? Are SH peeps more club orientated?

It is my experience that private parties seem to be arranged more on a personal relationship basis. I have also gotten the impression that people are however moving towards club meets due to private events not going as planned. Seems to be a safer "first meet" scenario.
