Secret filming

we had a friend end up in a compromising situation due to this,  so was wondering what is the feeling on a person secretly filming a play session via hidden security camera set up?

Plus what would the legal ramifications be regarding this?

I would think that filming without permission is a breach of privacy? Especially if the people doing the filming is intending on publishing that recording. There is a reason why pornstars sign release forms. Even non kinky/naughty models sign media or publishing releases before their media is published. Your friend should have a case if he is brave enough to take it further. Perhaps we have an undercover lawyer on the site willing to give advice.

Secret filming should have NO place in the bedroom in my opinion. Part of discussing ground rules for a play session should include the topic of photography and what is permissable.

Well unfortunately he does not want to go ahead with it.

With the regular blokes we played with we have had me film the close up juicy bits as they enjoy it afterwards, but that purely with everyone's consent.

But that brought up the subject.

That sucks your friend should lay a case the new social media laws are very good if your friend didn't consent on the video that person could face jail time

That's why when we play we always book the hotel and never play at someone home we don't know Coz of this exact reason

yes we play at independent venues just for that reason.

Secret filmimg is definitely illegal in South Africa under the Protection of Privacy Act. Can also understand why he would be hesitant to take action. It is just plain despicable if people film without permission, just ask worst is a person can say no.
