Thanks for all the support you guys are giving us as mod's to help deal with this issue, but LeeEC is right.
The site provided for a reporting process please make all your complaints or reports either via the REPORT icon on the offending profile or mail either myself or any of the Mod's.
Its far more efficient as the mod's will see their mails and the report window long before we read our way through pages of forum posts.

Go to the offending profileand look at the top right hand corner where the 'wink' and 'message' options are. You will find a"Report" link there too - please click on that and do as MIKE suggests - clearly make a note of exactly the concern you have or offense you think has been made. Moderators have limited abilities (we can't delete a profile) and if none of us can solve the problem it can be immediately escalated to Admin for a "fix" - in this case links are VERY useful, so paste them into the 'report' page when you make your report.
Yes and we thank the Mods for the time they put in to get rid of fakkers and bullshitters. LeeC and Mike i fully agree on what you said about reporting all the trouble makers.
Dondt see it as negative but the members did not see that there been action take on these people because there complains only see by the mods and not even the Mods know what happen to every complain.
But name and shame can be missed used and foresure there are no beter way in the sistem to make other members aware of fakkers and bullshitters.
But and thats out of expierence that admin not easy get rid of fakkers and bulshitters, so if quantity is more imported than quality. But at the end of the day did we need these members, NO
While not every mod will "know" what happened about all the complaints, we can certainly go and see if you want to know.
Every report, complaint or issue with a particular profile is recorded, so all you have to do is ask a mod and give them the profile name you reported, and they can look it up and tell you what happened. I can't say who will willingly do it, but certainly don't mind following up and seeing what happened to your report. Most mods give the reporter feedback when they deal with a if you don't get feedback, well Pm me.
LeeC under new mods area under reports are all the reports , every report get a number, go and looked if every number are under the, Unassigned or Latest Close Reports, i would not make a point if i am not sure of my facts.
Dont querry everything info or fact i put in the forum. If you go in forum under Mod lounge you wil find all the info i made my assumptions on.
I am fighting for the survival of SH heaven and do every thing in hand to do that. Even differ with mods
