For this you'll need a vibrator and a willingness to follow instructions. It has to be a multispeed one with at least three speeds. More will work though I've just gone with 'low', 'medium' and 'high'. This might take a while too, so the first thing you need to do is find some time to yourself, where you can lie back on the bed or sofa or wherever you're comfortable... light some candles even -- this is all about you ;) T...
