Update January 2025

Hosting possible now, but only certain hours as my son is still living with me. He usually leaves the house at about 15:45 and is back anytime after 20:30. Every day of the week except thursdays and sundays he is off so no play dates for me on those days, but normal meets possible.

Started cycling, going nicely, stamina is getting better, clothes are fitting better and weight is coming off at a good pace.

Beard done and dusted....back to clean shaven.

Back from a long break. Took some photos to show how i look now. Still not where i want to be, but slowly getting there.

Progress with the training not going as good as I hoped. As promised I uploaded a few new photos taken this morning. Not very good quality, but you will get a good idea of how i look now....still lots of work left, but I wont give up

Gained some weight during the winter. About 10 kg i would say....just mentioning it for those people looking for "thinner" guys. Starting to exercise tomorrow, if no progress, i will delete the old photos and put up new one. If all goes according to plan i should look the same as in the photo's in no time????
