As a guy playing alone I am clear and to the point I'm professional and don't have time for BS

But 7 out of 10 times I've been stood up at the last minute after looking forward to dates a week in advance at times

I've heard all the BS from couples and singles ...car accident...kids came home ....baby vomiting....burgled...high jacked....work call out

Then next day only to be asked to meet again in 2 days time across town or in another town 100km away. And still stay "nice" only to realize the chase is exciting enough not the act itself
