Honestly swinging is for couples minus issues in healthy trusting relationships. 
Not a tool to try repair a damaged relationship as that generally ends in tears.

 I fully agree with your statement as we have came across couples newbies where I told them it is not a wham bam thank you mam you have to trust each other and also the couple or person joining
