The 3 rooms can be used to stay over on a first come first serve basis.

There is place for 12 people to attend for an equal split of men and ladies.

At this stage there are 4 ladies and 2 gentlemen that have indicated and confirmed that they will attend.

Once you are accepted to attend - you will be added to a WA Group where all the information will be discussed.
