At work today we had an expert come in and give us a talk on facial recognition software and what it's capable off.
Long story short, post face pics here at your own risk. He says the capability is there to search a particular face and ID the owner of said face.
I am no expert but it's pretty scary.

The danger is people joining SH for the purpose of gathering potential targets for extortion. It's happened before and it sounds like this will make it even easier.

Warned ppl a while ago on another thread here on SH.
Extortionist sindicates more than capable to search social media for matching face, find your linked or facebook profile and the drama begins, threatening your real life, job, social/family life or pay up etc.
Also why folks should be careful sharing cellphone numbers too quickly, even their tg users, as if all on your cellphone, they can still link/find out who you are thanks to how all your apps on your phone talk to eachother, you want privacy, dont have apps like FB on your phone.
We had personal experience with nigerian extortion ring, they even managed to get their profile verified (not difficult to pay somebody to pose for a pic need to verify). We fortunately did our diligence, avoided drama reported the to police and site admin, profile deleted and feedback from cops, they were arrested, linked to many other crimes.
