Don't think there are any folks in that area who are active here in the forums...though I hope I'm wrong

research to start your own club and host parties yourself.

I don't need to hang out in the smog to do that - I need to MOVE house: to a city where people actually live and want to go to parties.  I literally live in the middle of farming country.

I grew up in the EC and love it down there.

Find people in your area, send out messages and organise a meet and greet at a restaurant somewhere. Plan from there and see what numbers you can bring for a potential party. Goodluck
