Can anyone confirm if Germiston Lake IS open again? I thought it was, but drove past twice today, every entrance gate is closed. Are they STILL busy with the upgrade?

What you say is mostly true, however I have experienced the negative side of such things as well . . . people think they can do ANYTHING and behave ANYWAY they want to just because they have paid.
