well traditionally dogging is where groups of people would meet at known places and go between each others cars fucking each other. but in SA its kind of up to the person wanting to dog. maybe they wanna meet and do it in the car or a public place with one or a few people so depends on what kind of dogging you looking for but to be honest it rarely happens in SA but good luck if you are looking for it

There may be more than two participants; both group sexand gang banging can be included. As observation is encouraged, voyeurism and exhibitionismare closely associated with dogging. Pretty much as Georgeous has described, there are two elements to dogging - the couple or couples "doing it", and then the "watcher/s", who might just watch, or watch and wank, or possibly get to participate at some level, maybe just touching or sometimes even going as far as penetrative sex, but only provided this is at the invitation and with full agreement of the "doing it" couple.
Generally, it would be in a public place, but safety of the couple and the other participants is of paramount concern, so that "offering themselves up to be fucked by anyone who comes by" would be an extremely risky (and definitely not advisable) behaviour. So this is where "arranged dogging" has become more popular of late, here in RSA and even in the UK, so that the location is not generally widely broadcast, and participation can be more easily restricted.
I have experienced both arranged and "random" dogging in Gauteng, where I just happened to be in the right place at the right time. So it does happen, but maybe not very often. It is totally dependent on a willing couple being prepared to "do it".
