We have in the past played with a few of our ( not so vanilla afterwards) friends.
It's a different dynamic, it's a bit of a challenge that also adds to the excitement. Definitely something we will continue doing .
We do however feel them out properly and make sure their relationship could handle it . The board game helps .... haven't had or created issues yet

I think that's our problem at the moment we don't know how to bring it up or start it like the boardgame idea

True dare is a good starting point but it's difficult to set up a game of T and D to not get out of hand . Ours is set up with interchangeable game card decks that you can have a fun drinking game while cleverly probing the interest level of potential less than vanilla friends . Then change out the card decks and have some naughty time next game ...
This is actually a good topic. We started about a year and a half ago and we where actually devided on this opinion. I felt our first time should be with a stranger that if something should go wrong we do not have to see the person again. My wife was very uncomfortable with it and suggested that we see if we can not try and arrange it with a very long time friend of ours whom we are very close with. a braai is an amaizing thing where we all where very comfortable and I just raised the subject ond swinging. It hit the right note and it turned out to be a very good time and point. We went home and my wife said she wanted the first time to be with him a mfm threesome off course ascwe both where not sure how we would react if it happened. Not about to proposition our close friends but if the conversation with a friend goes in that direction and it becomes a mutual agreement as per the arrangement with my lady, then yes. Many lifestylers would probably agree with my next point. We are already playing with close friends, even if we first met them in the lifestyle and they then became close friends. Definitely agree lifestyle friends to be come real friends but dey knew all along who you guys are swingers. with a vanilla friend I guess it's the thrill of them finding out the nervous tension of the first time maybe converting a vanilla friend or couple into the lifestyle maybe even a fantasy you had of your partner's spouse coming to reality that thrill makes it's a huge turn on
Oh so very very true , that " first time thrill" is contagious. Being part of someone's first experience with all that nerves and excitement is just the best , this is even more so if it's conversation of vanilla.

We have been there! However we do not do full swap, but same room play with a married couple who are good friends.
