I have suddenly started noticing the following at the bottom of many profile write ups: WARNING: Any institution or person using this site or any of its associated sites for study or projects - You do not have my permission to use any of my profile, my cam or pictures in any form or forum both current or future. If you have or do, it will be considered a serious violation of my privacy and will be subject to legal ramifications. What research happened to start this? I am interested to see how this info was used.

Its also not a disclaimer that can be upheld in a court of law.

Somewhere along the line someone used details of people from a swinging site without their permission in an article or something like that.

It's all a bit doff actually. About two years ago someone approached admin about some research they wanted to do. And despite the fact that Admin shut them down immediately. .. This silly and legally useless 'disclaimer' started appearing all over smile

Its a sheep thing, many many years back some smart arse added it to their profile on a distant site and as people saw it they copied it. Its a total waste of time and I don't know why people feel the need to use it.
