THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BI; BI-COMFORTABLE AND BI- CURIOUS

I have a quiet chuckle to myself every time someone uses one of the "bi" definitions to describe themselves. This is mainly due to the fact that I believe you are either bi or you are not (in the case of "not" you are either straight or gay/lesbian), however, these definitions are quite useful when used correctly in a profile. FYI: Bi = being physically attracted to both genders (please note that this does not mean for example that a bi female will want to have sex with EVERY other woman, just because she is bi!) Bi-comfortable = being comfortable with someone of the same gender as you, performing sexual acts on you, however, you are not attracted to folk of the same sex and are therefore not willing to reciprocate their sexual favors. (Basically means you are self-centered and are only concerned with your own physical pleasure.....just kidding.... lol ) Bi-curious = someone who has never been sexual with a same sex partner, however, the idea is attractive to them and they would like to have the experience at some point (a "virgin" in terms of same sex experiences  ) One CANNOT be described as bi-curious after you have had a same gender sexual experience! Sadly, there seem to be a number of female partners of couples who are listed as one of the bi definitions, however, after chatting you are quick to realize that they have no interest at all in other women and that their "classification" is merely a ploy to appear more attractive to potential play mates OR to appease their male partner's fantasy. I often get asked if I'm REALLY bi.....and I understand why this is a common question. BTW My response is:" Ï'm not 100% sure...I think I'm more of an equal opportunist - I was married to a man for 7 years, after which I lived with a woman (my ex) for just over 8 years before I found my soul mate Mr Nawty. Do you think I'm bi??? " I would like to hear of your experiences re the "bi"folk on this site?
I fully relate to the bi definition you gave. Very well put.
Nice forum I just always add the one you yourself use...BI opportunistic. I like the new pan-sexual word mostly to describe myself...and YEAH I am fully pan-sexual!!!
What about bi-friendly? Willing, able and friendly but not actively attracted to many others of the same gender... that would be me....
Bi friendly means that you are not adverse to having bi folk as friends lol and bi willing is a synonym for bi....oh and lest we forget: bi able means you are same sex experienced (cunnilingus or fellatio etc etc) ...kinda like self-advertising that you have superior sexual prowess
PS: Like you, I am discerning when it comes to choosing play partners of both genders....
I hate to be the one to tell you this, but, if you've enjoyed (even just one) sexual encounter with another female and she made your loins ache you are bi. Mwah
Because you are such a nice person we will coin a new definition just for you: how about "bi intermittently" ? wink
Or as Woody Allen said, "Bisexuality immediately doubles your chances for a date on Saturday night". That would probably also fall under the definition of "Bi opportunistic" lol
Love it! I'm proudly bi-intermittently! But I need to say no matter what you are you can't be expected to be interested in someone BECAUSE of their gender only surely? I men not all gay men want to shag all other men.... everyone has preferences right - or is that just chicks?
we all ask for each of the mentioned descriptions of the the meaning of Bi, to be made available as options on our profiles? All humour aside, what Nawtycat has said has loads of merit. More choices for people to "describe" themselves could only make things easier for all (even more successful perhaps?)
I can only speak for myself, of course: I do not want to shag EVERY man I meet, nor do I want to shag EVERY woman.... For me it's all about chemistry, regardless of gender. Unfortunately, there are a large group of people who seem to think the minute you are bi that you suddenly have NO preferences or taste.....ludicrous and completely illogical...
One CANNOT be described as bi-curious after you have had a same gender sexual experience! So now I felt compelled to "update" my sexuality on my profile . . . . .
Updated mine a while ago Not attracted to men but a nice cock puts me in lust, especially if I think of what it could do to my wife
I find some women attractive and i love kissing so male or female if they good kissers im there. But not really sexually drawn to women although ive played with a few i am still strictly dickly lol. So what does that make me?

Sexual
You would probably be "bi-comfortable"
It just goes to show, we should not put labels on things and go with the flow We have a friend that tried bi and did not like it. He is comfortable with us touching while we play and has evan sucked my wife after I unloaded in her, no trouble Now this makes me think that all the males making such an issue of having more females dogging or at gloeryholes have a little problem that they should adress

This is me standing up and clapping . . . . . . . .
Well then i am totally bi. Cause i go gaga for a beautifull woman but i still love my hubby's dick. I've told him many times, i'm not jealous. He can, and may sleep with other woman as long as he shares. But he hasn't yet... That's why we joined this site. Lol.
