I assume you mean in the box choices..
It means that they are not APPOSED to playing with bi ladies.
If you don't tick those boxes, it won't show you any profiles of that type in your search.
See some profiles with tick "Couple with bi male" and some not, some guys are not ok being in a sexual context with a bi individual when they are straight. We are a couple with straight male & bi friendly female - so I can tick "couple with bi male", because we aren't going to strike them off our list just because the bi male doesn't get to do anything with my husband. He's bi - he gets just as much pleasure out of playing with me... same as any straight guy.
The boxes you choose, are the types of profiles you are happy to receive contact from. Why wouldn't a straight guy be open to contact from a couple with a bi lady?

If you mean why is a single guy pretending to be a couple with a bi lady, then I only have one question. Why haven't you reported it and allowed us to remove the problem.
