Hi i have a granny flat on my premisses which im thinking of turning into a sex venue for swingers and was wondering if there would be a demand for this kind of thing

I would imagine that if advertised properly that yes, there would be a demand. My money however (if I was a betting man) would be on cheaters (ie: people having affairs) contacting you for a place for a quick shag.

Hi Dion, you could list it on the Swinger Friendly Accommodation thread in the Forum. Go to Forum/Anything Goes/Swinger Friendly Accommodation (close to the top of the page, one of the "sticky" posts). A great idea I would think.... But if yo do consider this step, KNOW that you might have a LOT of cleaning to do EVERYDAY...like a lot of linen to wash
