When we joined this site last year. We were impressed because it took less than a day and our profile pic was authorised but from then it has taken longer and longer before it is done these days. At one stage it took nearly 3 days to authorise the profile pic. I think this part of the system must be jack up again please. Now before I get put in front of the firing squad again. I know the people that do the authorising is doing it on a volunteer bases, but still we need to still keep the standard of work up. Or make another plan people. Joyrider
The site does indicate on the *upload* page of new photos,that any new photo can sometimes take up to 72 hours before it is approved and visible. I myself have noted that that weekend all photos takes long to be approved,so I myself load a lot of pics in my private album for usage over the weekend,on a Friday to be approved,then I can still enjoy my hobby of popping new pics on daily. Hope this helps.

okay next question is how is it possible that the admin team can send a person a mail but when a person wants to ask a question by clicking on reply then type your question and once a person hits send it dont go throw. i ask this question here as i do not know who to ask the question to. joyrider
Sorry, this I would not know maybe Lee can answer us that one. But should this question not be under the Site help forums? I know Steve reads that forum frequently and does answer our inquiries and questions there.

In my experience, I get quicker answers to technical problems if I use the support ticket facility. Click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the left hand menu and open the Request Support section. Explain what the problem is and Technical will help you.
