Privacy, anyone member or not can view the open albums.
Mike is quite right, anyone (you don't even have to have a profile) can see anything in the 'public areas' of the site, which includes the gallery and your public pictures will show up automatically in the gallery. Though I have not checked if this is still true after the recent site structure change.

Ok the gallery blurs 18+ pics, face pics are still viewable though. You can't access profiles either anymore until you create a profile.
However I still have 3 points to raise.
1. Anybody can create a profile using a forgettable email account, I have one set up that I use for new websites. My first time on this site I used a spam email address and I deleted the account later.
2. I was browsing pics on the gallery one day and the one looked exactly like my boss. Granted I didn't confirm buts that's more than I'd like to know about her. Plus my job introduces me to plenty of people, I don't need to visit a new client and then have the book keeper say I like what I saw last night.
3. If your not willing to post the comment, pic or video on the office announcements board for everyone to see, then ask yourself why should I share it on a global stage?

That's you're opinion but people still have the right to privacy. Just because I don't like sharing you're genitalia with complete strangers doesn't make me shy or give me any less of a right to be here.

Who I have sex with has nothing to do with anyone apart from the person involved, what I do behind closed doors has nothing to do with anyone expept those involved.
I don't need meeting a client that recognizes me and says, "oh well ill sign that contract if I can have a go with your wife", nor can I see how I can negotiate on behalf of a client with someone that expects me to have any relationship with them aside from a strictly busineess relationship,
As for your your comment with regard position : why should I be precluded from doing things that I enjoy with people that enjoy it because of my profession?
Lastly : why should the people at my kids school, including the web surfing horny teen boys that come across our "non private"pics know what we do. They will immediately jump onto the "if mommy does it then daughter will be easy to get to spread her kegs"excuse.......
