Sorry dude! I have to disagree with you 100% here.
I am an Indian guy, I am on this site and a few others. Personally, I find a good reception with couples and women on the sites. Not just on the sites but anywhere. Just this morning I went to have my hair cut and was told that one of the girls there wanted my number.
Have a read through the forums. You will see this has been discussed under different topics. And you will see my opinion. It's not about race at all. It's you, your approach and how your character and personality comes through.

if their profiles state that they don't want you to contact them , then my advise is not to do only thing you can do is be yourself,let everyone know who and what you are about through the forums and the chatroom.

I must be lucky then. In 2 years on the site I have come across two profiles saying that specifically.
Bottom line is, everyone has preferences, my self included. And it becomes a respect issue. Simple actually.

I have seen this in profiles, but if one looks at the quick messages on the bottom of that same profile, usually there is a bombardment of not so mature comments that SEEMINGLY are being placed by Indian males. However, having said that, look at all profiles, they all generally have something or the other . . . . move along and see what happens
