I have to agree that the g-spot isn't a definite shape. It sometimes feels like the entire front section is spongy...
I can only squirt when I am fully aroused, and being stimulated correctly, and the gspot is receiving a fair amount of that stimulation. Once the squirting starts in a session... it doesn't stop ;)
I can get a very similar feeling of release during oral sex, when my clit and vulva are receiving the stimulation, but no squirting actually happens...
