Anybody else frustrated with the new format messaging platform? We use it on Android exclusively and are struggling to get to grips with it. Many messages show a title heading in the overview pane. But when we open the message - blank.
And the amount of messages suddenly reduced from 1 or 2 a day - to 1 a week (if we're lucky).

Nope you are not alone, i think the new "upgrade" has issues . I would suggest raising a technical ticket to let the techies know there are issues. If it helps we will send a few messages a day to make it feel like the old messages 🤣

I noticed alot of the times there isn't any notification for messages but when you go into the messages tab they are there.
