The ribbed condoms I could feel slight difference but not the studded ones.
Mr E once read about those implants and we actually then used some small needlework beads inside a condom to see what that could be like. Was interesting but not really a wow difference to me. Maybe some of you guys could try it too and see, it might be nice.
I vaguely remember seeing a silicone penis sheath with beads in it. Cant remember which sex shop it was at though.
