How active are your groups

I had hoped that the changes to the site would've made for more active groups but it still seems like a lot of groups are inactive with people not even remembering what groups the in. So my question to all you happy swingers out there is. How active are the groups you are in? Are the group forums ever properly used and are most users active?

I in the past found some do not even know the groups have a forum!

Groups!??   You join and never hear anything! Even if you try start a conversation no-one replies! Once again I come to the conclusion that most on the site are not here to swing at all...just here to show off pics of their wives without their knowledge! Or single guys who think they are swingers! You cannot swing without a partner!!! All single guys are doing is looking for a fuck and trying to show off their dicks.

Our groups are are useless  , waist of time.

 I agree with above. I use groups to find people who dont have an issue with race. Its numbing opening profile after profile of people who dont want to meet you.

This is a statement based on my use for groups not an invitation to start another pointless debate.

Based on this thread I actually decided to open a group for swingers in Bloemfontein...lol...fingers crossed I can keep it active, seeing as though the 3 previous one's for Bloem just dried up and died...like most groups on here. 

We have some plans to improve groups

surely these groups can be cleaned up by activity. Alot of people who created these groups are no longer members.

Just a thought, maybe the majority of people look at groups like they look at facebook? 

(As in miss the point completely) 

BUT, remember, this is just an UNeducated opinion.

I think...and no pressure on the admins here...the groups will stay active if it had a notification system that informed the group mod of new members, forum threads etc. 

I fully agree with this above suggestion!!  Needs a notification system, then the group instigator can follow up, welcome newly joined members, be aware of forum contributions, etc...  I personally have written off the groups as a waste of time, but they could be SO much MORE if used effectively!

There are also multiple groups representing the same thing........
