Had it done long ago at a urologist, medical aid paid for a little sore for a week then got better every day. I did this on a Saturday annd return to work on Monday. It dit not have any negative efect on erection, ejuculation or libido, actualy my libido increased as i was now a sports-model 😁. Yes i will do it again if i had to and can highly recommend it ( consider to have it done by a urologist if possible ) regards

Yes, had it under local anaesthetic at my GP's rooms, was not painful at all. Worst was the injection, but that was over in 5 seconds flat.
