Do people read

We wonder if most people actually bother to read before replying, our profile plus adverts are painfully accurate as to what we looking for, yet 95% of  applicants are not even close. Wonder if it goes for others as well? And some get upset when you point out they dont fit, excuse the pun as to what we looking for, or see a polite reply as a offer to enter a debate that maybe we can change our minds to what turns us on. But still we try reply to all who send us messages.
