Often the availability of a venue becomes the deal maker or breaker!
I consider preparing and making such available, but have certain doubts, concerns, and questions. It is in a town in the Winelands area. Kindly contribute on the hand of my points below or any other related and applicable matters.

What would the requirements be? Bed (doble?) and bathroom? TV plus DVD player? Refreshments? More/others?
Time? One hour? Two? What time of day? Overnights?
Privacy: Venue is in residential area. Transport to and from venue from central (in town or close by - few blocks - parking) point?
Additional services: Massages and other health related services of different disciplines can be arranged per prior order. Required and desired?
Based on time - fixed for a fixed period? Subject to availability, what extra charge per hour? Obviously it includes fresh sheets, towels, hot water which is a direct expenditure.
What are reasonable or expected prices to pay?
Will this been a paid for venue or service
Indeed yes - that is, amongst other reasons, why I'm asking for input.
If it is near me, I would gladly be one of your customers.
My requirements
1) Just for a day.
2) Parking next to the room.
3) Bed not an option for me, but a big tall chair and big table would if possible a few NICE hooks on a wall.I would be double chuffed if there is a nice ceiling hook that is sturdy!
4) Shower a must.
5) Clean towels
6) Power points
7) I currently pay R200 from 9am to 2pm at a traffic is horrific.
8) I am prepared to pay up to R400 for the same hours. You can of course ask more.
9) A little fridge would be nice...to keep things cold.
10) PRIVACY is a MUST.
11) Fixed dates and times could be a possibly...depending on how I find the venue.
What is your additional services?? except massages??? who is the person who will provide that?
Please remember everyone that you may not advertise services regardless of whether you are charging, so this thread will be locked the moment discussion turns to actual services being offered - please keep the discussion to "what we WOULD like if we had a service offered to us"
