Most 'Normal' ones can be pulled over your head (The one with the ears and eyes) and inflated via your nose to give you an egg head. They can also be pulled over your hand and past your elbow. Do you really need bigger?
They're supposed to be snug, so as long as you stay hard they'll do their job.

But it sounds like length is the issue. If he's like me then rolling it on and having it tight isn't the issue but rather that when you pull it on it looks off that it only goes 2/3s of the way. Pulling it doesn't really help since it only slides up again.

:lol: I have the same problem. The condom only fit half way and when you force it all the way then half way during the fun the condom breaks. No matter what make I use :sad: What I now do is put one on top of another this way it does not break, but the I do not enjoy the fun at all!

Now I dont bath with cloths :twisted: um... Joyrider, using two condoms is more likely going to cause breakage than only using one.
It is also important to check what kind of lubricant we are using when we play with condoms, as silicone based lubes deteriorate condoms, increasing the likelihood of breakage, and also of viruses and bacteria getting through the condom. Always use water-based lubes when using condoms 
Also, did you know that if you have silicone toys, the silicone-based lubes also destroy the toy? Something I learnt recently...

The most common reasons form condom failures are:
Production error but most condoms are tested by inflation in the factory
Condoms expired. Hope you don't have to go that long without any action
Exposed to sun and heat such as in the cars cubbyhole
Incorrect lube. Must be water based
Double condoms are more likely to break
Punctured before use
Contact with hard objects such as: Nails, teeth, toys, Mirena strings that the doctor trimmed to short and so on
No one is nearly thick enough to break a good condom.
As for length, a long time ago many brands only covered the penis head.
This was good for contraception but longer ones protect against STD's
Only the first 100mm or so of the penis need to be protected against abrasion (Even if you had another 200mm)

Condoms also have an almost linear tension to expansion relationship, which means it does not become excessively tight as it stretches.
We however have broken a few condoms over a period of time. Most while putting them on.
Neither STD tests nor Condoms are 100%
That is why we use both at the same time.
But I suppose you are more brave than us.
