I love breast, I like them big and I like them small.
I dislike that woman who think their small boobies are to small,then go and have them enchanted....to me those boobs do not always compliment the lady herself.
If you look you will see the in-plants etched against her normal breasts, bending backwards they stick out like eyesores.
touching them and playing with them also feels *unnatural stiff* and you have to be so damn careful in-case they get a puncture and deflate, heck ,going on plane trips might just INFLATE them out of proportion.
But I do agree they might give the lady more self esteem.
Small breast to me are really sexy and a handful is all that is needed.
Ladies like me ,who has large breast , feel it in our backs, our bra straps sometimes hurt us, and we have coopers droop and swinging sagging boobs to be contend with.
Lying in bed they fall underneath our armpits (yeah yeah it happens)
We do have the option to have them reduced and then we loose all sensitivity we had in them.....and the operation is not always successful, they grow back!!!!
To the ladies who have OVERLY large breast have severe backaches I believe, and talking to a few men they say out and out they do not like overly large breast...but will hump/jump her bones if she gave them the go ahead.....

Nice big natural boobs for me, but i enjoy small breast as well, but big is my perseverance. Definitely not implants that did not looked natural.
But i have big respect for the big CA and would treat a women who went threw it, with all the respect and sympathy.

My best is when a lady gets on in years, and as with most ageing people, things start to sag . . . except the implants . . . But having said that, it's always nice to look at a fully clothed lady who has the Perfect Breasts, be they real or surgically enhanced. Naked, as long as they are in my face, i have no real preference . . oops, did I just sound like Stamina there?

As this was a family show they only mentioned the few "non-private" areas where this is injected. I am sure one can inject the penis and greatly increase its overall mass for a few hours safely. This should work like a dream for women who have a night out planned. They can enlarge their Breasts temporarily and safely... I think.
