Here's one for both the women and men.
Girls, do fake boobs intimidate you? Especially if you yourself are unsurgerized and quite normal (big/small/had children). I am sometimes in awe of other's fake boobs that I start feeling slightly insecure. And this is a sure-fire way for any woman to lose their own sexiness.
It would seem as though surgerized boobs are more the norm now. So, are normal boobs viewed as "ugh"? What's your take people? I'd like to know.
Cos, when I see two similar naked women , one with regular old boobies (and I have to say some of you girls have magnificent natural boobs, unfortunately if you have had children, the probability of loss of perkiness is very high) and the other with fake boobs…………… the ones with the fake boobs is definitely going to stand out! (Pun intended :twisted: )!!!!

I find fake boobs a major turn off.
While i like big natural boobs, i find small and natural always more attractive then fake. My personal opinion is unless done for medical reasons, such as reconstructive surgery after a mastectomy, cosmetic breast surgery should not be considered.
I know many would say, "if it makes her feel better about herself", well my argument to that is, we as society should be making her feel better about herself, and not be placing a greater value on plastic as apposed to the person.
Having given my opinion and before I'm accused of dictating what woman should and shouldn't do, I also believe a woman has the right to determine what's done to to her body.
I'm definitely a "naturals" man, like Ash, irrespective of size! I do prefer slightly bigger, but would always prefer smaller naturals over larger fakes. Must admit, it tends to be the nipple size and response that really gets me going....
If the nic "Booblover" hadn't already been taken, that would have been me! 
As a totally pan-sexual woman, I have to agree with the men!! I love BOOBS but it has to be natural!!!
Having BIG large floppy one`s myself, so BIG and floppy I can actually throw them over my shoulder to feed an infant if so required,I think a lady with boobies that is just a hand full is so very sexy!!!
Plastic boobs are really NOT for me either, I have seen really stunning plastic boobs, but the ladies that wants BIGGER boobs and force their poor chest skin into an unnatural shape due to the larger prosthesis, is really NOT attractive for me.
But once a lady had kids/or are older with floppy one`s, and they do not go for too large prosthesis the prosthesis can fill up the loose skin very nicely.
Playing with plastic boobs is an issue for me though, one has to be overly careful of them...well at least I am talking kinky play times.
Anyone who had CA and had to have their boobs removed and did not have reconstruction done, is my Hero!!!
And Hubbies and boyfriends who accept the ladies for themselves and NOT for their boobs is doubly my hero!!!!
(this is for the lady who told me she has had a double mastectomies done, with no reconstruction!!!! YOU lady, remain my HERO!!!
Boobs are like any other "desirable" objects. cars, phones, laptops, houses, etc. We all want to drive a Ferrari but we are content with our average cars. Fake Boobs are stunning to look at, but a man will be more than happy to fondle just about any pair. We all look at houses nicer than our own but we are still content with our own house. If a mother of three lifted her top to reveal a pair of saggy hangy ones, another childless young lady with fake c-cups did the same - I am sure most would stare at the fake ones but if the lady with the saggy ones offered you an opportunity to touch - you would gladly do so.
To all you ladies that do not have perfect fake Boobs, be content with what you have. There guys that have small penises and that is not by choice. You were born with it.
Only my opinion... I am a stomach man myself so the Boobs are a minimum for me. show me your silky smooth flat tummy, I'm yours in a heartbeat!!

I like em natural and perky. I don't really go chasing big boobies, I prefer then to be a nice handful, perfect for teasing and playing with.
PiB, you scare me with that saline solution boob job, I know the salt water is natural but aren't you stretching the skin too much when you are creating fakes. I've seen guys doing donut heads and that looks like they are pushing the limits of their stretch.

Doing the Saline boob-jobs is nearly the same as the plastic surgeons who does prosthesis, skin is being stretched and that is when you see a boob with the prosthesis clearly visible...that is why I said ladies with already stretched skin makes better candidates for boob jobs!!!
But doing a saline job for men, one should actually also NOT GO TO BIG!!!! Just enough saline so that there is little perky boobs like so many special ladies seem to have...just a nice handful!!!

A very good friend of mine had it done like that and told me it was the most painful and excruciating experience of her life ( and she's had 4 children!) and it took close to a year to fully recover after the fact!!

its is painful yes, takes three months for initial recovery but fully can be anything from about six months
to be honest i'm not a great supporter of boob jobs or anything invasive
