The more I look, the more it seems (I am not saying it is fact, I am suggesting that it appears that way) that the majority of people with the "Swinger Mindset" live in Cape Town, followed closely by KZN and GP. . . . . . . anybody know of a good Estate Agent in these areas? wink

I again think JHB and Pretoria is the Mecca of swing sex clubs. The only place that is really off this map, is the Vrystaat/Orange Freestate...never see any Bloemfonteiners here....

Personally, we have had a "swingers mindset" for years! We always have discussed who we would like to fuck if given the opportunity, who we would love to watch eachother fuck. We always look around for potential playmates when out... etc It was a big scary stept to actually google swinging in SA and find this site! The site is a great platform to find people who are open minded, who share similar likes and fantasies as you. But that does not mean that you are limited to only people from this site! Especially as a single male! There is an old forum participant, who has been quite for a while, but he manages to find swinging situations where ever he goes! Maybe the guy knows how to read situations and possibilities, and is willing to take the risk? I'm not sure, but he proves my point that swinging in your area is not limited to site membership. In addition, just because we are in Gauteng does not mean that we are "available" to everyone in GP! When we were looking for playmates, we had a specific age bracket which we prefer to look at, which excludes many of the people who approached us... ;) C

wish our area would open up in a big way. People are too traditional in thought. Especially if you got the local newspaper naming and shaming websites.
Considering moving away to better areas.

Agree, that GP and WC are 'busy' provinces! We can include the northern provinces as well - it 'looks' like that there's growth in numbers!
You definitely get 'swinger levels' (knowledge from this site and others) and I believe - different strokes for different people!?
Personally I know it is a 'human right' to be pick & choosy - a choice of association and opinion! Thus the reason for being a slow process to find the jewel!!!

Sorry to change the subject but can't we arrange to break the current record of people in the forums? How about we set a date and time to all be in the forums so it can be broken? Hopefully with someting Like this we might get more people in the forums commenting and being part of something bigger.

After I started working at a bigish company, I kinda found out via all the 'kooperasiestoep anties', ya know those who love to 'skinner'. PR actually as apparently got a big swinger club and lots of peeps who swing!! :scared: But heck now I'm in now way sure of how much I want to meet ppl from our own town! Especially if all the skinner tannies get to know about it! At least have made some good friends with ppl from the other small towns in the area, maybe we get to be FWB with them. Then don't need the others in town.....

For the simple question, we have the simple answer: there are more swingers in cities than in the smaller towns; no mystical reason, in fact it's pure maths logic ie larger population in a city means larger number of swingers than the ratio in the smaller towns. Larger cities also usually have a bigger variety of entertainment venues (and this does not only refer to swingers clubs) as it makes business sense to have a business where you are most likely to find the maximum potential customers and, therefore can expect to make most potential profits. Swingers websites such as SH; swingers clubs; meeting through friends; swingers private parties; swingers meet n greets; OR making/converting a vanilla situation or person into a swinger are all great ways/methods/tools which you can use to find and meet other swingers, either in your area OR in an area you would like to visit. PS: Couples and single women are also very capable (and, as we have done it, we think it's great fun!) of turning/converting a vanilla situation/person into a swinging one....all it takes is a little flirting, a sensual demeanor, a mutual attraction and the gentle suggestion that it can go further and voila! - like magic - watch the metamorphoses

Personally, I find the amount of "swinging action" in GP very high. The majority of member I have chatted to, be it make, female or couples have been in gauteng. Maybe a coincidence. But I do agree with PIB, that there is far more club interaction in GP. It's like KC said, it's not really got to do with location. More about approach and realizing and seeing situations. You click with some and not with others.
