Swingers websites always request of you to be a paying member. If you are real (swinging) you will pay and be a member. If the site does not request of you any payment to be a member and have full access to the website, how sure am I that you are a swinger? You can be a child of 14 that answers all the questions correct and there you go......Does it make you wonder?
I think you've made a really valid point although please be assured that activity on the site is monitored by people who are experienced in looking out for these sorts of things 
There will always be those people who are out to make a point to evade the site rules but I'm not sure what good it does them in the end tbh...other members seem to have a good nose for this sort of thing too
