A Chocolate Pie ass to mouth just how dangerous is this practice

There is a recent story in the Stories section titled "My First Chocolate Pie" - perhaps you should read it for reference first, if you haven't already done so... It is placed as an "other" story, so may not be genuine, and is likely just someone's fantasy...

The health aspects of that story disturbed me greatly.  First there is tounge in arsehole, then a dick (which has been in her ass) placed into his mouth and sucked, and then consumption of the semen dripping from her gaping ass...

I wrote a comment about that story, expressing my concern about the health aspects (in my understanding - and I have some tertiary education in biology! - there is a serious risk of E. coli infections, which can be rather debilitating!).  I do not usually approve my own story comments, and that one was left for another mod to approve.  However, whoever was doing the approvals and saw it, obviously decided to delete it rather than approve it, as it never appeared in the story comments...  That alone I find "interesting"....!  I know that the comments are meant to be constructive and encouraging, but.....!!

I have never had any interest in anal sex, and have thus never tried it, so have no personal experience in this matter at all.  But from what I have read, and from discussions with a few folks who have tried it, it's pretty inevitable that, whether you enema beforehand or not, some of the smelly brown stuff will be present...  and E. coli will be present with it.

I would appreciate comments from anyone who has genuinely tried this firsthand (anyone suffer any ill effects?), or perhaps has medical knowledge in this arena.  Just how unhealthy is the practice of "ass to mouth", or are my concerns totally unjustified?

The whole thing sounds rather distasteful and basic common sense should tell one this is not a good idea from a health point of view. Many Internet resources will tell you the same and E. coli is not the only risk. But I suppose each to his or her own. Provided everyone involved in a real life situation is doing so willing and not being pressured into doing something they are not comfortable with and that there's no humiliation or degradation of anyone involved.

Oh dear, and here I was, hoping to get some techical feedback from a doctor of medicine, not a treatise in philosophy... ;-)  So does confusion work pretty much the same as an enema, then....??

Still off topic and all confusion aside, the apparent lack of (un?)common sense in the world today means that when someone displays what would traditionally be called common sense it is easily mistaken for intelligence. As for military intelligence that was something we used to joke about at school... and that was when the old bunch of clowns were in charge. Today in SA the term is even more laughable.

I enjoy a nice bout of analingus myself, but that is usually after a nice shower.
We used to use a dental dam for analingus, to prevent the transmission of anything untoward.
But since analingus is something that usually only occurs between K and myself, we have become comfortable without one, after a shower.

As for your concern about licking things that have been inserted into the anus, that is something I am definitely not comfortable with myself.

I love and find Anal sex great! Saying that, I have to also say it greatly depends on whom it is with and how gentle the gent is with me! As for *rimming* I am for myself not keen to do that and as KC_says *Use a dental dam* For having it done too me is also not something I do enjoy although it is done in foreplay.

As for *pegging* the same is required, I always insist on a condom! and I always use a condom on any toy I use on someone.

Now for sexual activities. It is okay to have anal and vaginal sex in one go....BUT then the gent has to use a condom anally which he can then discard before he re- enter or enter vaginally, a condom is only needed if it is not your spouse.  I would think anyone else should then don another condom before entering vaginally.
