Always know your HIV status, once a month at your local clinic and it's free, that's your step 1

Step 2, if you know you love going skin-to-skin with everybody, try to look into PreP, a cool pill, you take once a day, and you are protected from getting HIV/Aids, don't trust me? Talk to someone at that clinic

Step 3 and I think we overlook this one a lot, test for STI/STD's here is the good news, most of them are curable with some type of pill 💊 so really it's all for your own good

Once you have these three steps in play, try and ensure the people you play with also play by the same rules, it makes life easier
