I have realized more things after I turned 40. A mischievous hippie side. want to do different things to live. eg... going for a hike naked skydiving and more with trust worthy people that want the same thing in life. To most. That's called naturism.  Unfortunately it's not for everyone. Check it out at least..... Naughty 40's hit me but it's exciting fun. Just like having a smoke when you were young. Not suppose to but be did. Exhilarating.
