Hi PIB - yes the bottle is on the soft but stiff side. It took me a while to get the correct stifness and size. The newer bottles tend to be too stiff to use it for this purpose. When heated with lukewarm water it becomes even a bit more softer.  After insertion with my pinky inserted at the side I compress the bottle, pull out my pinky and its done. It is also quite easy to control the amount of suction. I dont wear it for the day, only an hour or two. Once even when doing shopping. Got quite a kick from wearing it to the shops. That is where the slimmish size comes into play. Normal suction devices are just to big and cumbersome too move around with

Hi PB - interesting topic. I feel inclined to make a comment here about one of my homemade toys. Lately I enjoy the use of a NUK babybottle as a penis pump. Believe me it works well and it is cheap. It is about 15cm long and thick enough to accomodate my girth. I love the constant suction and it is small enough to wear underneath loose clothes without any loose hoses, valves etc. I use it just about daily and feel it keeps me bigger than what it should have been. We men tend to get smaller with age (sigh). Would love to hear comments about this one. I tend to do the unusual ;-)
